Louie did so many small things that it was a big deal when you added them all up. My wife wife broke her hip when we were staging our house. During open house Louie allowed us to stay at his house so my wife could rest. He arranged his schedule around ours. His wife cooked meals for us while my wife was having difficulties getting around. He helped negotiate with the buyers agent and with the sellers agent at our new house, with many fine details that I not have thought about. He arranged the closing appointment s for us. He was in contact with them and us regularly. He even bought us a very needed item for our move. I’m sure there are many more things that he did and many of them were behind the scenes, so I am sorry I don’t remember all of them. He went above and beyond as far as I am am concerned. I dealt with other real estate agents but none as thorough as Louie.

That pretty much sums it up. Being a tough time in the market, he was able to get high traffic through the house to have it sold in 3 months at a very good price. I wasn't living there so having it sitting around while I was paying the mortgage was going to be stressful. With having an offer just under 2 months made me feel so much better. One of the things that I loved most about him was the ability to take charge and sell the house. I was completely hands off, he took care of everything! He even went in after the cleaning of the house and spent hours cleaning items that weren't up-to his standards. He had handymen and AC people fix everything that was needed to be fixed. I really mean it when I say he took care of it all, from start to finish. You won't regret having him as an agent. I have bought and sold 12 houses in the last 15 years. I will use Louie as my sole agent from now on.
